Senior Backend Development LeadWe are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Backend Development Lead to spearhead full stack development, design scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects. If you are comfortable working with modern frameworks, e-commerce platforms, and complex integrations, we want to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Senior Backend Development Lead, you will take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications. You will work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks.Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services.Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks.Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices.Collaborate with product design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP with deep expertise in Laravel.Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL) EDI, and webhooks.Proficiency in:PHP, Laravel, Java.ReactJS, Node.js.MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB.CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).Cloud platforms, especially AWS.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to handle multiple clients.Flexibility to work in a small company.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
