System Administration RoleAs a skilled Windows Server Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows Administration and AIX systems to ensure secure and reliable operations.You will configure and manage file and folder permissions using tools such as ICALCS and SETACL, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.Develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting for permissioning and file/folder scans, improving efficiency and reducing errors.Support large-scale data transfers from NAS on-prem to SharePoint Online/Azure Cloud, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless migration.Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for Windows/DFS-related issues, providing timely support.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Active Directory (AD) policies and account-level attributes, promoting a secure environment.Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of Windows Server and storage infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.Required Skills and Qualifications3–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and AIX, with a strong understanding of system architecture.Strong expertise in DFS architecture, setup, troubleshooting, and configuration, with the ability to analyze logs and perform RCA.Proven experience with permissioning tools (ICALCS, SETACL) and PowerShell scripting, with a focus on automation and efficiency.Ability to handle proactive/reactive support tickets, with effective communication skills and strong documentation abilities.Sound understanding of file/folder permissioning models, Active Directory, and storage/cloud concepts, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams.What We OfferOpportunities for growth and professional development, with a focus on advancing your career.A collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of experienced professionals.Competitive compensation and benefits package, with opportunities for advancement.
