The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.• Handle customer inquiries and provide project details with clarity.• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into successful bookings.• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.• Understand customer needs to offer suitable real estate solutions.• Represent Ascens Buildcon professionally at all times.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred).• 2-3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience is an advantage.• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.• Comfortable with fieldwork and conducting site visits.• Good understanding of the real estate market and local areas.• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).Salary & Benefits• Competitive salary + attractive incentives.• Travel allowance (if applicable).• Opportunity for career growth within the company.• Supportive and performance-driven work culture.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resume to: hr@ascens.in Or contact: 8879032661
