Project ManagerThis position requires an individual with expertise in project planning, strategy, and execution. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; conducting feasibility studies; developing project charters and execution plans; coordinating with consultants for design and technology selection; overseeing design, procurement, and construction; ensuring EHS compliance; obtaining permits; coordinating audits and inspections; building and leading multidisciplinary teams; managing communication with internal/external stakeholders; acting as primary decision-makers; identifying and mitigating risks; implementing quality systems and safety protocols; monitoring progress via KPIs and site reviews; overseeing commissioning and operational readiness; ensuring documentation and training; evaluating post-implementation performance.The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech in Metallurgical/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, along with 10–15 years of experience in project management and 5+ years in metals/powder manufacturing.
