Our ideal candidate will ensure scalability, security, and compliance across multi-cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesIaC Development: The successful candidate will develop and maintain IaC scripts using Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell script, and Ansible for provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates: Implement Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Bicep for Azure-native deployments.CI/CD IntegrationPipeline Optimization: Build and optimize pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitLab for automated deployments.IaC Workflows: Integrate IaC workflows with GitOps principles and version control systems.Cloud Platform ManagementInfrastructure Design: Design and deploy infrastructure on Azure, ensuring adherence to the Well-Architected Framework.Configuration Drift Detection: Manage configuration drift detection and remediation using scheduled workflows.Migration & ModernizationAzure Migrate Projects: Lead Azure Migrate projects and Azure Landing Zone designs for on-premises to Azure migrations (VMs, databases, applications).Containerization: Modernize workloads by containerizing Java/.NET applications and deploying to AKS.Legacy System Optimization: Optimize legacy systems for cloud-native architectures using Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) best practices.Security & ComplianceSecurity Checks: Embed security checks in IaC pipelines using tools like Checkov or GitHub Advanced Security.Identity and Access Management: Implement Identity and Access Management (AAD, Managed Identities) and secure secrets via Azure Key Vault.Monitoring & OptimizationMonitoring Solutions: Configure monitoring solutions (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) for deployed resources.Cost Optimization: Perform cost optimization and resource utilization analysis.RequirementsIaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform (multi-cloud), Bicep (Azure), and Ansible (configuration management).DevOps Platforms: Experience with Azure DevOps and GitLab (CI/CD).Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and YAML.Migration Tools: Familiarity with Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery.Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services including ARM, AKS, ACA, and App Services.Version Control: Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.Ai Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools like GitHub Copilot.Security Practices: Understanding of security practices including policy enforcement, compliance scanning, and secrets management.Preferred QualificationsAzure Verified Modules: Experience with Azure Verified Modules (AVM) for Terraform/Bicep.Container Orchestration: Familiarity with container orchestration using AKS and GitOps workflows.Multicloud Strategies: Knowledge of multicloud strategies and hybrid deployments.Certifications: Holding certifications in Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, and SC-401 Security.Soft SkillsProblem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.Communication: Excellent documentation and communication skills.],
