ServiceNow Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Job DescriptionOverview:We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Discovery processes for our hybrid IT environment.The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping) and strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure. Proficiency in multi-cloud visibility across AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and Kubernetes is essential.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery across on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.Integrate Cloud Discovery services for AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and Kubernetes.Develop and refine Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors to ensure comprehensive coverage of our hybrid IT ecosystem.Manage MID Servers for both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring secure and scalable communication.Integrate Discovery outputs with CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules.Define and maintain credentials & API integrations for cloud providers.Guarantee CMDB accuracy, completeness, and relationship mapping for cloud-native and traditional infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery issues across network, VM, and cloud-native services.Collaborate with CloudOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to align Discovery with cloud governance and FinOps.Document processes, patterns, and best practices for hybrid-cloud CMDB management.Requirements:Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping).Strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure.Proficiency in multi-cloud visibility across AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and Kubernetes.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
