Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a VMware Horizon View Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise VDI, VMware Horizon View product suite, Omnissa Workspace ONE Access, DEM, 3rd party IDM integration and supporting technologies.The successful candidate will possess expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions. Good knowledge of diagnostics & troubleshooting of VMware Horizon versions & understanding of ESXi, vSphere and cloud platforms is also essential.The role requires hands-on deployment of Horizon infrastructure in large environments and experience in handling creating HLD, LLDs and solution documents. A good foundation on LAN Technologies such as network switching and routing and DNS, etc. is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should have good Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting skills and good hands-on skills in Hyper converged infrastructure.Primary Skill Set:A minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.4+ years of proven experience with VMware Enterprise Products, EUC Horizon.Certification preferred: VMware VCAP/VCIX (Desktop & Mobility), AWS/Azure Architect, Omnissa Horizon.Secondary Skill Set:100% Fluency in English.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, conduct technical sessions, mentor junior team members, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.Ability to interface with customers and third-party OEMs and HW vendors, raise calls with Microsoft, VMware, and other vendors as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent presentation skills.Good report writing skills.Ability to learn continuously and adapt to new technologies.Team player with strong people management skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Other Requirements:Ability to work US and UK shifts based on organizational needs and be available for rotational on-call duties, including night shifts.
