This role involves creating and managing change requests, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely closure with proper documentation and risk management.Key Responsibilities Create and managechange requestsbased on problem reports. Organizechange review meetingsand performimpact analysis . Coordinate efforts across all functions and manage CFT discussions. Develop and trackchange management plans(dates, assignees, timelines). Communicate status updates, risks, and expected timelines to stakeholders. Publishchange noticesand follow up with impacted teams for solutions. Prioritize and plan changes based on severity and business needs. Maintain accurate documentation of change request status for programs.Must-Have Skills Strong experience inChange Management SystemswithinPLM platforms(Teamcenter preferred; Windchill, Enovia, SAP PLM, Aras also relevant). Expertise inworkflow management , BOM handling, and technical documentation. Stakeholder management and ability to manage risks and conflicts. Proficiency inMS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ; exposure toPower BIfor data analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Understanding ofsupply chain and procurement processes . Project management skills (added advantage).Education & Experience Diploma / Post Diploma / BE / BTech. Experience:3–8 years in PLM change management or related roles.
