We’re Hiring: CMS Engineer (Change Management – PLM)Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu, Near BangaloreExperience: 3–8 yearsFull-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced CMS Engineer who can lead and manage Change Management processes within PLM systems. This role involves creating and managing change requests, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely closure with proper documentation and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage change requests based on problem reports.Organize change review meetings and perform impact analysis.Coordinate efforts across all functions and manage CFT discussions.Develop and track change management plans (dates, assignees, timelines).Communicate status updates, risks, and expected timelines to stakeholders.Publish change notices and follow up with impacted teams for solutions.Prioritize and plan changes based on severity and business needs.Maintain accurate documentation of change request status for programs.Must-Have SkillsStrong experience in Change Management Systems within PLM platforms (Teamcenter preferred; Windchill, Enovia, SAP PLM, Aras also relevant).Expertise in workflow management , BOM handling, and technical documentation.Stakeholder management and ability to manage risks and conflicts.Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook ; exposure to Power BI for data analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.Project management skills (added advantage).Education & ExperienceDiploma / Post Diploma / BE / BTech.Experience: 3–8 years in PLM change management or related roles.
