This role contributes significantly to the success of large or mega-deal engagements.Initial assessments, project plans, vendor research, and selections are crucial components of this position.Financial modeling, RFP creation, contract negotiations, and post-selection administrative tasks require meticulous attention to detail.As a key lead role, you will contribute to practice development through IP creation and IP development.Guidance on client needs and requirements, facilitating client workshops and presentations are essential skills for this role.As a Sourcing Consultant at our organization, you will work closely with global client stakeholders and onsite consultants on IT sourcing and advisory global engagements. This is an opportunity to independently lead project workstreams or full engagements, participate in presales efforts, and develop client-ready materials for new business opportunities.Strong understanding of the full sourcing lifecycle, IT contract terminology, and data analysis are necessary skills for this position. You should be skilled in market sourcing comparisons, current state assessments, gap/opportunity analysis, change readiness, delivery model alternatives, and service delivery strategy.
