Global IT Projects Sourcing ProfessionalAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality IT projects from global markets. Your primary objective will be to establish long-term relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of our business.Key Responsibilities:Project Sourcing & Opportunity Development:Conduct thorough research to identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets.Develop new project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, and other cutting-edge technologies.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients across various industries.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch our services and convert leads into paid projects through effective communication and negotiation.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction.Proposal & Bidding Support:Coordinate the submission of proposals and bids with the internal team.Provide detailed client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team for successful project delivery.Support proposal preparation, commercial discussions, and negotiation to secure new projects.Pipeline Management & Account Ownership:Take ownership of opportunities until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations to ensure consistent business growth.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team for seamless project execution.Market Research & Expansion:Track industry trends and emerging technology demands to stay ahead in the market.Identify potential markets for expansion and scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.Required Skills & Experience:Strong professional network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing, preferably in global markets.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI) and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets in competitive environments.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.Relevant certifications or education in computer science, business administration, or related fields can be advantageous.
