About the Company: We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics. You will manage cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.About the Role: A short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage third-party vendors or external contractors when applicable.Advocate for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills:Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
