Job OverviewWe are seeking an Advertising Account Manager to oversee and scale key digital advertising accounts.The role involves owning relationships with clients, understanding their marketing and commercial goals thoroughly, and translating them into high-impact advertising strategies across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Advertising Account Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for assigned advertising clients, build deep relationships, gain expert-level understanding of client goals, translate complex insights into clear recommendations.Performance Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine advertising strategies, conduct keyword research, audience mapping, implement testing frameworks, ensure campaigns are optimized for return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and scalability.Client Retention, Upsell & Account Expansion: Maintain high satisfaction through consistent performance delivery and strategic guidance, identify opportunities to increase budget or expand channels.Cross-Channel Coordination & Execution Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to execute flawlessly, review ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign setups before activation.Data Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting: Oversee reporting cycles, convert raw data into meaningful narratives, monitor forecasts, pacing, budget allocation, and monthly performance benchmarks.
