Performance Marketing ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused individual to manage, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns across major platforms.This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on efficiency, growth, and measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, strong hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms, and a data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of ROI and KPIs.Key Responsibilities:Plan and Execute Paid Media Campaigns: Develop and implement strategies to drive campaign success and meet growth targets.Analyze and Optimize Performance Metrics: Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimization opportunities to enhance campaign performance.Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize results.Requirements:Proven Experience in Performance Marketing: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing paid digital campaigns, with a proven track record of success.Strong Knowledge of Paid Media Platforms: Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make informed decisions to drive campaign optimization.About the Role: This is a part-time position that offers flexibility and autonomy to work from home.
