As a dedicated professional, we are seeking an expert in absence management and time tracking to join our organization.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled technologist to design, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management Cloud solutions that meet client-specific policies and statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADP Payroll integration and be able to configure and implement Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to ensure efficient time tracking, approval processes, and integration with other HR processes like Absence Management and Payroll.Responsibilities include working with internal teams to design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll, as well as managing the transfer of payroll-related data such as time records, absence data, and adjustments between Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll.Collaboration with business stakeholders is crucial to understand their requirements related to absence management, time tracking, and payroll, and translate these requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.The successful candidate will perform system configurations for Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll integration, ensuring all aspects of the solution meet business requirements and are in compliance with statutory regulations.Data migration activities for Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules will also be overseen by the candidate, ensuring accurate transfer of historical data.Designing and managing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other tools as required, conducting unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting issues will also be key responsibilities of the role.Additionally, developing comprehensive training materials, conducting training sessions, providing clear documentation on system processes, and offering post-implementation support for Absence, OTL, and Payroll systems are essential tasks.The role requires staying updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensuring that all configurations for Absence, OTL, and Payroll adhere to relevant regional laws, industry standards, and company policies.Professional certifications, experience with Oracle Absence Management Cloud, and excellent communication skills are highly valued in this position.The organization offers opportunities for growth and development, flexible working arrangements, and competitive compensation packages to its employees.Applicants should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent organizational skills.Based on your qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team.
