Job DescriptionAs a senior data platform architect, you will play a key role in defining and executing our enterprise data architecture strategy. This involves architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale data platforms on cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).You will be responsible for leading the modernization of our data platforms, utilizing technologies like Apache Spark, cloud-native storage, and related ecosystem services. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing robust batch and streaming data pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and data integrity.In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and automation (ETL/ELT), including real-time streaming ingestion pipelines. You will also establish and enforce data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, data lineage, and quality standards across the data ecosystem.This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, analytics/BI teams, data engineers, and data scientists to understand requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with enterprise needs.
