Unlock Your Potential as an Oracle HCM Functional SpecialistThe role of an Oracle HCM Functional Specialist is a high-demand position that requires exceptional skills and expertise in implementing, configuring, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, configure HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL, performing end-to-end implementation and support, conducting functional testing, preparing test scripts, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing post-go-live support and handling change requests.Key Responsibilities:Gather and Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.Configure HCM Modules: Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.Implement and Support: Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.Conduct Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing to identify and resolve defects, and prepare test scripts to validate system performance.Support UAT: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the business requirements and user expectations.Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure continued system stability and performance.Handle Change Requests: Effectively manage and implement changes to the HCM system to meet evolving business needs.Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
