This role will involve utilizing skills in adobe illustrator, Packaging Design and verification, and AutoCAD to create and verify designs. The primary objective is to lead the design team efficiently and deliver exceptional design solutions Key Responsibilities1. Manage and lead design projects from concept to completion2. Utilize adobe illustrator, packaging design and verification, and autocad to create innovative designs3. Ensure designs meet client requirements and quality standards4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to align design objectives with business goals5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members6. Conduct quality checks and verification processes on design deliverables7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedbackSkill Requirements1. Proficiency in adobe illustrator for creating and editing graphics2. Experience in packaging design and verification for product packaging development3. Strong skills in using autocad for technical drawings and design layouts4. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities5. Good understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines7. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a design team effectivelyCertifications: Relevant certifications in adobe illustrator, AutoCAD, or Packaging Design would be an advantage.
