The role involves overseeing the design and implementation of manufacturing simulations, processes, layouts, and validations using Tecnomatix eMPlanner and Process Designer to optimize manufacturing operations Key Responsibilities1. Develop and lead the implementation of manufacturing simulations to optimize production processes.2. Design and validate manufacturing layouts to enhance efficiency and productivity.3. Utilize simulation proc/design tools to create detailed process designs and layouts.4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on manufacturing simulation strategies.5. Provide expertise in tecnomatix emplanner and process designer to drive continuous improvement initiatives.6. Analyze simulation data and provide actionable insights for process enhancements.Skill Requirements1. Proficiency in manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.2. Experience in simulation proc/design/layout/validation methodologies.3. Strong knowledge of tecnomatix emplanner and process designer software.4. Ability to interpret and implement manufacturing process designs.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.6.
