Job Title: Community Engagement CoordinatorAre you passionate about connecting with everyday athletes and sports communities? We're seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content, and driving community growth.As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for discovering athletes, sports creators, clubs, and local communities online, welcoming them into our ecosystem. You will start conversations, organize interviews, collect stories, and help bring their voices into features, challenges, and collaborations.This role is about people and purpose: helping everyday athletes feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful. You will build genuine relationships across the sports world and gain hands-on experience that gets published and noticed.Key Responsibilities:Engage with athletes, clubs, and sports groups online through social media platforms like Instagram.Coordinate interviews or follow-ups with athletes and other stakeholders.Collect photos, stories, and permissions in an organized way; familiarity with tools like Jasper is a plus.Manage multiple outreach threads independently and keep conversations warm.Adapt to changing priorities and switch between outreach, conversations, interview scheduling, and community activation activities.Requirements:People & Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Sports Passion: Interest in endurance sports, active lifestyles, or fitness communities.Community Outreach: Experience in reaching out to athletes and other stakeholders on social media platforms.Digital Coordination: Familiarity with tools like Jasper or similar digital coordination tools.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and switch between tasks.Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive team environment.The opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community engagement and content creation.A chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of everyday athletes and sports communities.About Us:We are a leading organization in the sports industry, dedicated to empowering everyday athletes and sports communities.
