SAP Service Management Functional Job DescriptionService management professionals oversee the delivery of high-quality service experiences to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and tracking notifications for complaints, service requests, and detected problems.Create and track notifications for complaints, service requests, and detected problems.Prioritize and classify notifications for efficient management.Create and manage service orders to plan and execute interventions.Track the status of service orders, resources used, and associated costs.Monitor stock movements and replenishment levels.Plan on-site interventions, including the management of technicians and equipment.Track interventions in real-time and adjust schedules as necessary.Create and manage service contracts, including conditions, SLAs, and billing terms.Monitor contract compliance and manage renewals.Manage billing for services rendered, including generating invoices based on interventions and parts used.Integrate with SAP FI for payment and accounts receivable management.Utilize reporting and analysis tools to monitor service performance.Generate customized reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs.This role requires experience working on the SAP CRM Service module, which handles customer service interactions, including case management, service requests, and scheduling service engineers.
