Insurance Platform Implementation LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Technologies to lead complex insurance platform implementations.Overall 10+ years of experience in Duck Creek with significant exposure to Policy, Billing, and Claims.A proven track record of successfully delivering multiple insurance projects or rollouts.A deep understanding of Duck Creek suite components: Author, Transact, Express, Integration Gateway, Data Insights, and Content Management.Experience with cloud-based deployments and on-premises models.A strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and processes.Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.A sound experience in Agile, Scrum delivery models.This role requires a strong leader who can drive business outcomes, manage teams, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will have:Expertise in Duck Creek Technologies: Proven experience working with Duck Creek platforms, including Policy, Billing, and Claims.Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving business outcomes and ensuring successful project delivery.Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.Cloud-Based Deployments: Experience with cloud-based deployments and on-premises models, with a focus on scalability and reliability.P&C Insurance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and processes, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
