About this RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service assurance and providing generalist Cyber consultancy services.This role is focused on delivering SOC (Security Operation Centre) services for our clients. Experience with SOC, SIEM, and understanding of Cyber security is crucial for success in this position.The ideal candidate will have a good balance between customer service, technical knowledge, and experience dealing with C-level executives. They should be able to prepare and present client operational reporting at monthly meetings, drive enhancements to Client SLAs and Reporting, and ensure L1 and L2 analysts are meeting SLA and following procedures.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and presenting client operational reporting at monthly meetingsClient SLAs and Reporting (including driving enhancements)Ensuring L1 and L2 analysts are meeting SLA and following the proceduresGreat report writing skillsOnboarding of new ClientsContinuously improving operations and client engagementDeveloping a deep understanding of the client's businessRisk and Issue ManagementProblem ManagementScope ManagementChange ManagementMajor incident managementRequired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years work experience in Service ManagementExperience in Delivering Cyber of SOC (Security Operation Centre) service is very importantExperienced working in an MSP environmentITIL Service Management accreditationProven experience with Incident responseStrong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery conceptsDemonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite levelDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplined teamStrategic thinking with a get-up-and-go attitudeA willingness to work and adapt to a fast-growing & changing environmentSelf-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomyBenefits:Opportunity to work with a leading cybersecurity firmChance to develop your skills and expertise in Service DeliveryCollaborative and dynamic work environmentAbout Us:We are a specialist cybersecurity firm delivering a wide range of services from Security Assurance, Security Governance, Professional services, and Managed Services.
