As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.Technical ConsultationDesign, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to optimize business processes and improve customer experiences.Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations to streamline operations and enhance data management.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources to create innovative solutions that drive business growth.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware to leverage data and enable seamless communication.Power Platform DevelopmentDesign and develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse to create engaging user experiences and empower business users.Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) to automate complex business processes and improve efficiency.Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy to ensure scalable and secure solutions.Optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and column-level security for performance and stability to support high-volume data transactions.Technical Architecture & DesignCollaborate with Architects and Leads to design and implement solution architecture that meets business requirements and aligns with industry best practices.Create high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards to safeguard sensitive data and maintain regulatory compliance.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Expertise:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM with strong development skills in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions with experience designing and implementing custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations.Power Platform SkillsProficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & BPF), and Power Platform ALM/Pipelines to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.Integration & Azure SkillsExperience integrating D365 with Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks & Azure Functions, and Azure AD, OAuth2, and application registrations to unlock seamless communication and data exchange.Professional AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder-interaction skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Ability to work independently or as part of a distributed multi-vendor team with a passion for learning new technologies and staying aligned with Microsoft's product roadmap.
