We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The role involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions that integrate CRM with cloud and automation technologies.Key Responsibilities- Dynamics 365 CRM Development:- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).- Implement workflows, business rules, and plugins for CRM.- Power Platform Solutions:- Develop Canvas and Model-driven apps using Power Apps.- Automate business processes with Power Automate.- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for analytics.- Azure Integration:- Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.- Manage data flows between CRM and external systems via Azure services.- Solution Architecture & Governance:- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across CRM and Power Platform solutions.- Optimize performance and scalability of solutions in cloud environments.- Stakeholder Engagement:- Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide technical guidance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.-Required Skills- Experience: 5–10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.- Technical Expertise:Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).- Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Storage).- Programming Skills:.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for custom development.- Data & Integration:Dataverse, API/REST services, and SQL.Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.- Experience in solution architecture and enterprise integrations.
