About Us

We're on the lookout for an experienced, entrepreneurial Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our marketing function and build it into something exceptional. This isn't just another marketing role, it's an opportunity to define, execute, and scale marketing from the ground up, with the potential to develop it into a standalone service line. We need someone who thrives in a 360° marketing role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital, brand, content, performance, and community-led marketing.

The Role

As our Marketing Lead, you will take full ownership of all marketing activities, from brand positioning to demand generation. You'll work closely with leadership to define marketing strategy and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth. This is a role for someone who can think big-picture but also enjoys hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

·      Develop and implement a 360° marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

·      Identify market opportunities and build a strong, differentiated brand presence.

·      Take ownership of the marketing function, with the potential to scale it into a dedicated service line.

·      Work closely with leadership to define KPIs and ensure marketing directly contributes to revenue growth.

Digital & Performance Marketing

·      Oversee and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

·      Optimize lead generation and demand generation to maximize ROI.

·      Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Zoho, or LeadSquared) to track, report, and optimize marketing performance.

Content & Brand

·      Lead the content strategy across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.

·      Ensure a compelling and consistent brand message across all digital channels.

·      Use storytelling to enhance brand identity and audience engagement.

Social Media & Community Building

·      Develop and execute a LinkedIn-driven social media strategy for thought leadership and engagement.

·      Implement a community-driven approach to marketing, building relationships with key stakeholders.

Events, Partnerships & Offline Marketing

·      Plan and execute webinars, events, and industry collaborations to increase brand awareness.

·      Explore strategic partnerships to amplify reach and credibility.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

·      Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing collateral, messaging, and sales enablement materials.

·      Ensure marketing efforts contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation.

·      Full-Stack Marketer: You have expertise across SEO, paid marketing, content, branding, and demand generation.

·      Strategic & Hands-On: You can build a high-level strategy and execute it yourself.

·      Data-Driven: You make decisions based on insights, tracking performance and optimizing accordingly.

·      Autonomous & Self-Motivated: You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or professional services.

Proven experience in 360° marketing – strategy, execution, and optimization.

Strong knowledge of performance marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, PPC, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or LeadSquared).

Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.

Experience collaborating with sales teams and aligning marketing with business objectives.

Nice to Have

·      Experience in scaling marketing teams.

·      Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or IT consulting industries.

·      Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or growth hacking techniques.
