Job Title: Project ManagerDescription:This role oversees the management and optimization of CRM, LMS, ERP, and SIS platforms to support institutional operations and student success.The lead is responsible for ensuring the customization of SaaS products, secure authentication via SSO protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and enforcing data compliance and integrity.Key responsibilities include managing platform integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, with a strong focus on interoperability standards such as LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability), OneRoster, and Ed Fi.Principal Accountabilities:Achieve Tangible ResultsAdvance Personalization with Machine Learning/Artificial IntelligenceLead Experimentation at ScaleDevelop Robust AnalyticsOptimize Channel StrategyTell the StoryImprove the CraftSafeguard Data UseQualifications:Hands-on CRM analytics experience delivering impact in a consumer or marketplace context.Machine-learning & AI experience applied to CRM/personalization (e.g., propensity, churn, LTV/CLV modeling, recommendation/next-best action, uplift).Experimentation & statistics expertise, including test building, sample sizing, variance reduction, and causal inference.SQL and Python proficiency for data wrangling, modeling, and automation; familiarity with data warehouses and version control.Dashboarding & data visualization skills (Tableau preferred) to build clear, credible self-serve insights.Business sense proven through translating insights into strategies that yield measurable outcomes.Communication & collaborator leadership across Marketing, Product, and Engineering; ability to influence at executive level.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 15+ years of experience in EdTech systems administration or CRM management.Proven track record in platform integration, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) or EdTech tools are a plus.
