DLP Specialist – Information & Cyber Security Office

Location : Mumbai (Preferred) , Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Noida & Gurgaon

Role Overview :
We are seeking a DLP Specialist to design, implement, and manage our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data protection, regulatory compliance, and incident management, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to protect sensitive information and ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day DLP operations, incident response, and policy development.
Configure and monitor DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data access.
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data security solutions and provide data protection training.
Investigate DLP incidents, resolve breaches, and ensure proper reporting and remediation.

Skills & Experience :
6-8 years of experience in Data Security , Privacy , and Information Security .
Expertise in DLP tools (e.g., Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Microsoft Information Protection).
Strong knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., IT Act, GDPR, Data Protection Act of India, DADP Act).
Certifications such as CISSP , CIPP are required; CDPSE, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
