Job Title: Talent Development SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and leading comprehensive capacity-building initiatives across various domains, including RMNCH+A, Nutrition, and Infectious Diseases.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize training packages for senior and mid-level state government officials and frontline healthcare providers to enhance their competencies and skills.Collaborate with partners and government departments to identify specific training and capacity gaps amongst stakeholders and design public health training interventions through relevant state government departments.Leverage subject matter experts from relevant institutes to support the state government in public health training across all levels.Mentor and build the capacity of project teams to improve project outcomes.Contribute to state-level reviews of project findings, systemic training gaps, and suggested training solutions at all levels.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest necessary improvements for incorporation by the state government.Guide district and block project teams on capacity building of district and block public health functionaries at all levels.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development, capacity building, or a related field.Strong understanding of RMNCH+A, Nutrition, and Infectious Diseases.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.What We OfferA competitive salary package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.Contact UsPlease submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
