Job Title: Senior Compliance OfficerThe role of Senior Compliance Officer is a strategic position that oversees the coordination of all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of approvals, renewals, statutory compliance, and documentation for South Projects.Key Responsibilities:Strategic stakeholder coordination and leadershipDocumentation management and MIS strategy developmentDepartmental support and cross-functional coordinationReporting to management with key performance indicatorsVendor and consultant relationship managementLabor compliance, certification, and regulatory oversightScope of work and service request preparationStatutory document review and quality controlFinancial coordination and payment managementRenewal management and process optimizationCompliance and regulatory reportingContinuous improvement and best practices implementationQualifications and Experience:A Master's degree in any discipline; additional certifications or qualifications in compliance, legal, or project management fields are highly valued. Minimum 18-20 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a Property Development Company, preferably with experience in Commercial Development or IT Parks.
