Ready to trade your to-do list for a to-do the impossible list?Join a team that's building the future of IIOT.We have arranged a Walk-In Drive on 20-Sep ( Saturday)Time : 9:00 AM to 2:30 PMJob SummaryMinimum of 10 years experience in business analysis covering but not limited to requirement gathering prioritization understand business value requirement elaboration scrum agile practices etc The ideal candidate will have 1 A proven track record of driving digital initiatives gathering and translating business requirements to technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable user-centric portal solutions for global customers2 Strong technical understanding of business analysis frameworks and Manufacturing business processes3 Strong communication skills and experience of interacting with global stakeholders handling global requirements 4 Good understanding of SQL database NET technologies React Native will be an added advantageRequired skills 1 Strong understanding of customer experience digital platforms and portal technologies2 Experience with web and native mobile applications3 Demonstrate the ability to effectively prepare and maintain the documents expertise in MS Office 4 Tracking backlog creating requirement documents user stories review team work etc 5 Business Process flow mapping and analysis6 Product Architecture and Design Best Practices7 Experience working with developers UI designers8 Experience with Visual Studio ADO Cloud Solutions and or RDBS 9 Data Models Roadmaps Timeline plans Presentations etc10 Functional Test case creationSoft Skills11 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills12 Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills13 Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams14 Strong organizational and time management skills15 Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologiesResponsibilities1 Act as the primary advocate of the customer and the strategy within the Agile Team2 Ensure that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs3 Maintain alignment with the Solution Vision throughout development and meet the delivery timelines4 Maintain business relations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to obtain insights and deliver results quickly5 Guide the evolution of the solution to deliver maximum value by managing the backlog gathering feedback and promoting teamworkQualifications1 Bachelors degree in computer science information technology business or a related field2 Proven experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or similar role in product management3 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles4 Excellent communication and decision-making skills5 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment6 Experience with product lifecycle management and backlog management tools
