Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum [4 years] of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including training and consulting roles.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in PeopleSoft modules (e.g., Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid) and an understanding of system configuration and functionality.
Training Skills : Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
Certifications : Relevant PeopleSoft certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with e-Learning platforms and training methodologies.
Knowledge of higher education processes and best practices.
Familiarity with data reporting tools within PeopleSoft.
