Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Campus Functional Analyst to join our team and support the effective use of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions within our institution. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and optimizing PeopleSoft modules to meet the needs of our academic, administrative, and student services teams. You will also serve as a bridge between end users and technical staff, ensuring that our PeopleSoft systems align with institutional goals and enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis & Configuration:

- Analyze and configure PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, such as Admissions, Academic Advising, Student Records, Financial Aid, and Student Financials, to meet organizational needs.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, document functional specifications, and implement system enhancements.

1. Process Improvement:

- Evaluate current business processes related to student services and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.- Design workflows and automate repetitive tasks where feasible, to improve operational efficiency.

1. User Support & Training:

- Provide functional support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident resolution related to PeopleSoft Campus modules.- Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to help staff effectively use the system.

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Generate and analyze reports on student data to provide insights for decision-making.- Collaborate with technical teams to design and create custom reports using SQL and PeopleSoft Query tools.

1. Project Collaboration:

- Work with IT, project managers, and functional teams to support PeopleSoft Campus projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.- Participate in testing and validation to ensure changes meet institutional standards and user expectations.

1. Documentation:

- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, and user support materials.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or a similar student information system.- Strong understanding of at least two of the following PeopleSoft Campus modules: Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Academic Advising.- Proficiency in SQL and experience with PeopleSoft Query.- Knowledge of higher education processes and a solid understanding of student information management requirements.
