Database Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for a Database Reliability Engineer (DRE) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll work on building and operating scalable, cloud-native data platforms that power both transactional and analytical applications. If you’re passionate about distributed data systems and love solving challenges at scale, we’d love to connect.What You’ll DoPartner with engineering teams to design, provision, and manage reliable database infrastructure.Build and operate cloud-based, highly available, distributed database solutions.Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of large-scale data systems.Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.Collaborate on database monitoring, backups, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.What We’re Looking For✅ 5+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE/DRE with expertise in at least one major RDBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).✅ Experience provisioning and managing NoSQL databases at scale (DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB).✅ Strong background in cloud-based distributed systems with large datasets.✅ Hands-on expertise with AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).✅ Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).Why Join Us?Be part of a cutting-edge engineering culture driving innovation in data reliability.Work on scalable, mission-critical systems used across global platforms.Remote-first role with flexibility and collaboration.Immediate hiring – quick joiners preferred.
