Position Overview:We are looking for a talented Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate must be based in Kolkata or a nearby location, as this is an on-site position. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product professionals to design, implement, and optimize backend services that power innovative, cloud-driven, and AI-enabled applications.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and middleware components using Python.Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality software.Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.Build and manage integrations with third-party services, databases, and internal systems.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with best practices.Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues effectively.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, with a focus on backend and middleware systems.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) — including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience integrating them into backend workflows.Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).Experience working with microservice architectures.Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of web, cloud, and AI technologies.A dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages learning, innovation, and professional growth.How to Apply:If you’re passionate about building intelligent, high-performing backend systems, we’d love to hear from you.
