Financial Analyst-Accounts PayableThe role entails processing vendor invoices and reconciling expenses in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include reviewing invoice documentation, verifying vendor details, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.As the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of financial concepts and processes, experience with accounts payable systems such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Process and record vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyReconcile expenses with budgets and identify discrepancies for further investigationPrepare data for statutory payments and ensure all necessary information is filed correctlyProvide cash flow projections to support informed business decisionsPerform regular reviews of ledgers to detect irregularities and take corrective actionGenerate monthly financial reports related to accounts payable to facilitate informed decision-makingRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in financial concepts and processes, particularly accounts payableAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailHands-on experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooksBenefits:Opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world settingChance to develop expertise in financial analysis and planningCollaborative work environment with experienced professionalsOthers:CA Inter/ICWA/MBA Finance qualification is preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
