We streamline recruitment, language training, and relocation, enabling nurses to transition smoothly into international healthcare systems while helping hospitals address critical workforce shortages efficiently.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate German Trainer (C1/C2 Level) to design and deliver engaging language training for nurses preparing to work in German-speaking countries. The role combines curriculum development and teaching, with a focus on practical communication and cultural readiness. This is a part-time, remote position. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a structured German language curriculum (A1–B2 levels) tailored for healthcare professionals.Conduct engaging lessons to build speaking, listening, reading, and writing proficiency.Prepare learners for official exams (Goethe, TELC) and workplace communication.Assess learner progress and provide regular feedback.Collaborate with the Taldo training team to align teaching outcomes with employer needs.QualificationsC1/C2 level proficiency in German (certified).Bachelor's degree in Education, German Language, Linguistics, or related field.Experience in language teaching or training (adult learners preferred).Strong communication, planning, and classroom management skills.Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + in-person).Prior experience in teaching healthcare or vocational German is a plus.
