Maloo Group is a multi-brand organization involved in construction chemicals, floor restoration, and stone care products, operating through multiple verticals (B2B, retail, and project sales). We are looking for a Corporate Trainer who can conduct customized training programs for our mid to upper-mid level team including Sales Executives, Marketing Officers, and their Managers.

Objective:

We want training that is practical, engaging, and measurable not theoretical. The trainer should use activities, case studies, and exercises that ensure participants apply what they learn in real time.

Scope of Training:

  • Sales Communication & Negotiation Skills

  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Time Management & Productivity

  • Conflict Resolution & Decision-Making

  • Accountability & Ownership at Work

  • Marketing Psychology & Customer Handling

Expectations:

  • Trainer must design sessions that include interactive exercises and assessment tools to verify learning outcomes.

  • Should prepare pre-training survey and post-training evaluation to measure effectiveness.

  • Should align training with company culture, sales goals, and values. Format: - Location: Bangalore (Preferred)

  • Mode:

In-person or hybrid

  • Frequency: Multiple sessions (half-day/full-day)

  • Language: English (Hindi optional)
