Associate Product Manager (Printers & Scanners Product Line) Department/Function: Product Management Job Summary/Objective: The Associate Product Manager for Printers & Scanners at TVS Electronics will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability for the respective product lines. This role will involve market analysis, customer journey mapping, product development, and strategic marketing efforts. The candidate will ensure the product line's market fit, provide technical expertise, and maintain a competitive edge through continuous market monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue and profitability of the Printers & Scanners product line. - Develop and launch new or variant products in collaboration with market partners and field teams. - Conduct market analysis, research, and Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) for defined products, customers, and industry segments, including VoC (Voice of Customer) collection. - Finalize product positioning, go-to-market strategies, product marketing fit, and understanding of use cases. - Conduct regular field market visits and develop business strategies. - Provide technical and domain expertise to sales and pre-sales teams. - Monitor competition and market dynamics to introduce new variants or features. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management (Printers & Scanners). - Proficiency in MS Office, product lifecycle management, and product marketing. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, marketing). - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. - Understanding of technology and market trends. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of one or more of the following domains:- 1. Touch POS systems, Handheld Products. - 2. Thermal printing & Barcode/RFID technologies. - 3. IT (PC, Servers, AIO, etc.) & IT Peripherals. Skills and Competencies: - Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines. - Technical proficiency and a strong understanding of product-market dynamics. Location: Bangalore Note: Candidates having product management experience only in Printers & Scanners are preferred.
