Senior Tax Associate Job DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Associate.This role requires the ability to prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns, perform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determination for construction entities operating across jurisdictions.The ideal candidate will have experience with percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment, as well as handling depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, and 3-8 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation, preferably with construction or real estate clients.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and review of U.S. federal and state tax returns.Multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determination for construction entities.Analysis of percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods.Handling of depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.3-8 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation.Experience with construction or real estate clients preferred.
