Job DescriptionThe Data Analyst is a vital role that requires a unique blend of operational and analytical skills. This position involves working closely with clients to identify and resolve business challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Strong communication skills are essential for understanding client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.Proficiency in executing and improving pre-defined operational processes is crucial.Process improvements in operational processes should be continually sought after, working in collaboration with senior professionals.Remaining current on new tools, techniques, and working models is vital for enhancing process and design for quick adoption.Developing a strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools, and technology enables effective translation between business and technology.Subject matter expertise should be built over time and applied to operational processes.Quality checks and validations should be executed on all deliverables, with results reported back to the Operations Delivery Lead.Executing defined operational models for clients involves standard operating procedures, quality assurance, quality checks, governance criteria, roles, and responsibilities.Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery to clients per pre-existing timelines.Assist the engineering team in implementing new operational procedures and/or improving existing ones by providing knowledge about operations and testing modified procedures.Test new or updated operational procedures to ensure fidelity.Coordinate multiple tasks to produce high-quality results.Work on multiple client tasks, strengthening analytic, task management, and communication skills.Collaborate with internal teams to provide all-round value to the organization.Keep track of unplanned internal and client tasks stemming from operational projects.Carry out secondary research as needed.Investigate client questions related to operational deliveries, as needed.Key Responsibilities:Support client business processes and operations activities.Combine operational and analytical skills to drive project success.Implement process improvements in operational processes.Remain current on new tools, techniques, and working models.Develop subject matter expertise in operational processes.Execute defined operational models for clients.Coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones.Assist the engineering team in implementing new operational procedures.Test new or updated operational procedures.Manage multiple tasks to produce high-quality results.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.3+ years of experience in data analysis.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
