Security Operations Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to support daily operations, monitoring, and administration of key security platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in email security, identity access management, and endpoint privilege management.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and triage email security alerts (spam, phishing, malware).Review quarantined messages and assist users with release/false-positive requests.Support configuration updates such as policies, URL defense, and impersonation protection.Assist in preparing reports on email threats and security trends.Email Security (Proofpoint)Support the management of email security policies.Monitor email security alerts and respond accordingly.Collaborate with security teams to resolve email security issues.Identity Access Management (Saviynt IAM/IGA)Manage user access and permissions.Support the implementation of access approval workflows.Collaborate with security teams to resolve access governance issues.Endpoint Privilege Management (CyberArk EPM)Manage endpoint privileges and enforce least-privilege settings.Support the implementation of endpoint security policies.Collaborate with security teams to resolve endpoint security issues.General Security OperationsContribute to incident response efforts.Support the development of security procedures and documentation.Collaborate with security, IT, and operations teams to resolve security issues.Qualifications:1–4 years of experience in Security Operations or IT Security.Basic understanding of Email Security, IAM/IGA concepts, and Endpoint Security.Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies.Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
