About the Role:We seek a seasoned Blockchain Developer to spearhead our decentralized systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and high-performance distributed applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable blockchain architectures.Write efficient, secure Rust code for blockchain components.Implement smart contracts, cryptographic functions, and distributed ledger tools.Develop and optimize node infrastructure, P2P networking, and runtime modules.Collaborate with architecture, product, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable blockchain systems.Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.Research emerging blockchain technologies and propose improvements.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.Requirements:5+ years of experience in blockchain development.Strong programming experience in Rust (mandatory).Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus algorithms, cryptographic primitives, peer-to-peer networks, transaction flows, and smart contract execution.Experience with one or more blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Solana, Polkadot/Substrate, Cosmos, Ethereum)—preferably Rust-based chains.Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
