Our mission is to accelerate value creation through cutting-edge AI, system design, and product craftsmanship.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can own core backend systems, ship fast, and build scalable infrastructure to power intelligent agent workflows and AI-native applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and scale high-performance backend systems using Python (FastAPI), ensuring modular, efficient architecture aligned with product goals.Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure for reliability and scalability.Work closely with AI and product teams to integrate LLM pipelines (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) into backend services.Independently lead projects, mentor junior engineers, set code quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-ownership engineering culture.Must-Have Qualifications:Backend expertise: 5+ years of experience in Python, with strong proficiency in FastAPI, and solid CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, system design, and design patterns.Scalable systems: Proven ability to design and scale production-grade systems, with a deep understanding of architecture and trade-offs.Cloud proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, including deployment, CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization.Ai ownership: Strong ownership mindset with experience delivering end-to-end solutions, including AI-native backends using LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.Experience with agent frameworks like Autogen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoChain, along with exposure to vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval-based systems.Background in fintech or internal tools, with a strong passion for developer experience and infrastructure innovation.Perks & Benefits:Industry-leading pay with performance-based rewards.Work on cutting-edge AI applications with global impact and real-world use cases.Join a remote-first, fast-paced team with direct influence on product and architecture decisions.
