It's ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, understands premium service standards, and wants to contribute meaningfully to mental health care.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & InformationWe require the primary contact for calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals.You will need to understand each client's needs and provide clear, compassionate information about our hospital services, programs, and admission process.Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity while discussing mental health needs is essential.Guidance Through the JourneyYou will offer reassurance and clarity about treatment options, facilities, and next steps.Follow-up with potential clients or families in an ethical, supportive manner to answer questions and encourage informed decisions.Accurate records of all enquiries and interactions are necessary.Hospital Tours & ExperienceWe conduct warm, professional tours of the hospital and its facilities, helping visitors feel comfortable and confident in their choice.Create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to dignity and respect.Admission CoordinationYou will act as the single point of contact for clients until admission is complete.Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and operations teams to prepare rooms, paperwork, and orientation materials.Ensure a smooth handover to the in-house care team post-admission.Stakeholder LiaisonBuild positive relationships with psychiatrists, therapists, referral partners, and corporate contacts.Represent us at outreach activities or community events, as needed.Service Excellence & FeedbackUphold hospitality-level service standards in every interaction.Collect feedback from clients and families to help refine and improve the patient journey.
