Led by CEO Deepak Shenoy, we offer multiple mutual fund schemes for retail, HNI, and corporate investors. Our experienced team spans fund management, compliance, risk, marketing, investor services, and operations. With a strong focus on technology and investor education, we aim to make investing simpler and more accessible for Indian investors through insightful analysis and clear communication.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.- 4–8 years of experience in Backend software development.- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language: Python, Java (experience in multiple is a plus).- Working knowledge of HTML & JavaScript is desirable- Hands-on experience with AWS services is desired.- Familiarity with REST APIs, data lake, pipelines, workflows, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems.- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.- A product mindset – willing to understand and support real business needs.- Exposure to finance, trading systems, or data platforms is a desired but not required.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Design and build robust, scalable backend systems to support internal operations and client-facing applications.- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, including services like EC2, K8S, Lambda, S3, RDS, Argo CD, CloudWatch, and IAM.- Integrate third-party vendors for data feeds, and operational tooling.- Set up deployment pipelines and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform.- Ensure security, logging, and observability best practices are embedded in systems from day oneInterested candidates are invited to submit their profiles to hr@capitalmindmf.com.
