What you'll be doing: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems and APIs using Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS, Azure cloud. Manage and monitor deployments on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Leverage Redis for caching, rate limiting, and distributed task management. Leverage cloud services to design, implement, and optimize backend systems for scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Complete ownership of design/architect/develop/deploy phases while collaborating with technical and nontechnical teams on all elements of the development process. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions Resolve production incidents promptly to maintain system availability and performance Participate in code reviews, conduct performance analysis, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. What we're looking for: Proven expertise in Backend Development, including experience with server-side frameworks (eg, Django, FastAPI)and in building RESTful APIs. Minimum a 3+ years of Experience in software engineering role A master of Data Structures and algorithms Proficiency in Database Management and integration, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL Experience in System Architecture and designing scalable, maintainable backend systems. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong understanding of collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Git, GitHub pipelines & actions). Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
