Technical RequirementsWe are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Shopify Plus, Laravel, ERP Integrations, and AI-driven development workflows.The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-stack experience, including 4+ years of experience with Shopify.Expertise in Laravel, REST APIs, and backend architecture is required, along with proficiency in GraphQL, Liquid, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.Bonus points for experience with Magento 2 development and exposure to headless commerce.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Shopify, Laravel, and Magento developers.Architect and build next-generation B2B eCommerce solutions that integrate Shopify, Magento, Laravel, and ERP systems.B2B Product & ERP Integration DevelopmentBuild features such as customer-specific pricing, bulk ordering, quotes, and approval flows.Implement B2B integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or custom ERPs.Develop real-time data pipelines for product, order, and inventory sync.Shopify, Laravel & Multi-Platform DevelopmentDevelop custom Shopify Plus apps, themes, and extensions.Build modular Laravel services & APIs.Contribute to BigCommerce apps for multi-platform customers.AI-Driven InnovationIntegrate AI tools for automation, code generation, testing & analytics.Promote an AI-first mindset within the engineering team.Collaboration & DeliveryWork with design, QA, DevOps & product teams for end-to-end delivery.Maintain architecture documentation, technical specs, and release notes.Soft SkillsExcellent leadership & mentoring capability.Strong communication and architectural thinking.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and innovate continuously.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
