Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Field Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of field technician operations, coupled with the ability to balance technical and functional responsibilities. This role involves a blend of 20% technical tasks and 80% functional analysis, requiring a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements related to Oracle EBS Field Service.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Field Service, ensuring effective integration with other business processes.
  • Configure, test, and implement solutions within the Oracle EBS Field Service module to meet business needs.
  • Assist with technical tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and basic system configurations.
  • Liaise with field technicians to understand operational challenges and translate them into system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within Oracle EBS.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Field Service.
  • Strong understanding of field technician operations and requirements.
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
