Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Field Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of field technician operations, coupled with the ability to balance technical and functional responsibilities. This role involves a blend of 20% technical tasks and 80% functional analysis, requiring a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements related to Oracle EBS Field Service.
Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Field Service, ensuring effective integration with other business processes.
Configure, test, and implement solutions within the Oracle EBS Field Service module to meet business needs.
Assist with technical tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and basic system configurations.
Liaise with field technicians to understand operational challenges and translate them into system improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and user guides.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within Oracle EBS.
Must-Have Skills:
4+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Field Service.
Strong understanding of field technician operations and requirements.
Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
